The Challenge

Our clients production site near Berlin is a 58,800 m² facility serving Body in White (BIW). The project requires comprehensive coordination of MEP and CSA works, involving multiple contractors, remaining installations and defect close-out activities.

In parallel, ongoing production-line modifications and increased weekly vehicle output targets require additional technical adaptations and construction works while maintaining quality, cost and schedule requirements.

Our Approach

WELL Project Management supports the project as Senior Construction Manager for MEP and CSA, leading and coordinating construction activities through to building acceptance.

Our focus is on completing outstanding works, closing remaining defects and bringing MEP and CSA installations to a handover-ready condition, while simultaneously coordinating production-driven modifications and improvements.

Leading and supervising subcontractors on site and coordinating MEP and CSA works across all involved trades.

Managing RFIs, FCRs and CRQFs, monitoring compliance with project directives and maintaining technical documentation, site diaries and subcontractor performance records.

Tendering & Procurement Support:
Preparing tender-ready work packages, reviewing contractor documentation, evaluating offers and developing Scopes of Work (SoW) and Work Authorizations (WA) through to final order.
