The South German Natural Gas Pipeline (SEL) is a major energy infrastructure project extending approximately 250 km across three German federal states. Its scale and numerous stakeholders require structured contract and documentation processes throughout project execution. WELL PM was focused on the SEL02 line segment of this project.
